High-speed and data-accuracy, GUARANTEED.
Today’s Category 3 or 5 cabling is currently being phased out as the newly adopted Category 5e and 6 wire are now in full production and prices are favorable. This is not to say that the wiring job you did two years ago is antiquated and you need to start over. You have to evaluate your overall needs and plot a “Network growth direction”. In most cases, a Cat5 network will be completely adequate for years to come. Cat5 cable provides a minimum of 100 Megahertz meaning that is should (if it was installed properly) offer a clean connection at 100 megabits per second to each computer connected to it. We have found that the full bandwidth rarely becomes available to users because of prior improper cable installation.
All network wire must be installed according to strict guidelines and methods to not only achieve clean signals but also to comply with both state and local fire regulations, building codes and future expansion and maintenance possibilities. Saginaw Communications gets many service calls for “Slow networks” only to find that the reason isn't a cut wire or broken cable, but one that was improperly installed in the first place. Wires degrade over time and this means that problems might take weeks or even years to become apparent and by that time the warranty is long gone and in some cases, the installation company also.
Every wire we install meets or exceeds all compliance guidelines and regulations set by the manufacturers to ensure that you get as clean a connection after five years as you did when we installed it. Saginaw Communications utilizes the latest wire inspection systems to check and certify each wire by name and location. These test results become your property and your FIVE YEAR warranty against any problem or issue that should affect your network connection.
We do it right the first time, everyone wins.
